Follow This Plan Very Strictly:
Dinner {Eat between 8pm to 9:30pm}:
Drink 500ml Water - (before dinner)
150ml Milk with Turmeric (haldi) Powder + little sugar for taste
1 small bowl Chana Chaat + 1 small bowl Aalo ka halwa

After 1 hour of Dinner
Mix 1 tea spoon or 4gram 'Isabgol double action Powder' in half glass of water
after mixing this, drink at once - Follow up with a full glass of water
buy same that shown in the image - you can buy it from Amazon or from your local area shop.
Now Go for Sleep at 11pm
Remember:
[ Drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.
Do Not drink it all at once; instead,
divide it into smaller portions throughout the day.
In total, you should consume 3 to 4 liters of water daily. ]
