Don't Forget - We are on a Plan to Lose Weight
Follow This Plan Very Strictly:
Dinner {Eat between 8pm to 9:30pm}:
Drink 500ml Water - (before dinner)
Choose One:
1. Coffee with fox nut (makhana)
2. Oats and milk
150ml Milk Coffee with some sugar
30gram Roasted Fox Nut {Makhana}
Or
Get a 150ml warm milk in a bowl and add 20 gram Oats
Note: add sugar as per your taste
After 1 hour of Dinner
Mix 1 tea spoon or 4gram 'Isabgol double action Powder' in half glass of water
after mixing this, drink at once - Follow up with a full glass of water
buy same that shown in the image - you can buy it from your local area shop.
Now Go for Sleep at 11pm
Remember:
[ Drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.
Do Not drink it all at once; instead,
divide it into smaller portions throughout the day.
In total, you should consume 3 to 4 liters of water daily. ]
